Information on the processing of personal data Legislative Decree nr. 196, 30 June 2003 - (Code for protection of personal data)

According to law no. 196 of 30.6.2003 (regarding the protection of personal data) we inform you that any personal data supplied by you will be safeguarded. Personal data are provided by:

  • voluntarily disclosed, directly and indirectly by the interested person, by phone, fax, e-mail or other means of communication.
  • collected through demonstrations, events and/or third parties.

According to the law indicated (Ref. 2 - Purpose), the Holder of the treatment ensures that the processing of personal data is conducted with due respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms and the dignity of the person concerned, with particular reference to confidentiality, all personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

Purpose of the processing of personal data
All data submitted by the parties concerned are processed exclusively for purposes related to the economic activity of the Company and in particular:

  • for the inclusion of personal data and data of the interested parties in the corporate database information;
  • for sending information and / or business information concerning its business, a customer, prospect or partner and/or potential;
  • for sending of tenders at the request of the interested

Communication and dissemination of data
The personal information that the subjects have voluntarily reported to our offices are not in any way popular.

  • for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
  • the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.

The above rights may be exercised without formality request to the holder or one of his representatives, including through a nominee. The request to the owner or manager may also be sent by registered letter, fax or email.
